We ship FREE to all 49 US states (everywhere except Hawaii) from our Richmond, Virginia facility. Orders are processed within 3 business days. Standard delivery takes 8–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. We do not currently ship internationally or to Hawaii. See our return policy if your order arrives damaged. If your package arrives damaged, email contact@splendyhome.com with photos within 7 days and we’ll reship or refund.
